Skincare Lab Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy, meaning customers have 15 days after receiving their item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging—along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at info@skincarelab.ca. Returns must be sent to: 3889 St-Denis, Montreal, H2W 2M4, Quebec, Canada. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the return qualifies for a refund, the original shipping cost will be added back to the refund amount.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate and resolve promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

No returns on perishable goods, custom products, personal care items (like beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases, sale items, or gift cards. Contact us for specifics.

Exchanges

Return the item for a refund (if eligible), then place a new order for the desired replacement.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For EU shipments, returns are accepted within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is unused and in original condition with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once received and inspected, we notify you of approval. Approved refunds, including original shipping costs, process to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing may add time. If over 15 business days post-approval, contact info@skincarelab.ca.
